Meet Kellie Yackley, Keynote Speaker and Founder of Quiver Collective
Kellie Yackley is a speaker, storyteller, strategist, and founder of The Quiver Collective, where she helps organizations, associations, healthcare teams, leaders, schools, and nonprofits, navigate change with courage, perspective, and purpose.
Kellie combines more than two decades of experience in leadership, philanthropy, strategic communication and relationship-building with a hard-earned perspective that helps audiences reframe their experiences. What they discover is that those same experiences become knowledge they can draw from at any time to move forward with intent.
After leading the funding efforts for building a cancer center in her hometown, Kellie returned just ten months after it opened... not as a fundraiser, but as a patient facing triple-negative breast cancer.
That experience became the foundation for her signature message:
Every experience becomes an arrow in your quiver.
Through humor, practical leadership, and unforgettable storytelling, Kellie helps audiences discover the strengths they’ve gained through life’s unexpected seasons.

Quiver Collective...

Quiver Collective was created as a space for growth, encouragement, and honest conversation.
Through speaking, storytelling, and coaching-style connection, Kellie helps people recognize the strength they already carry—and the tools they can build along the way.
Her work is rooted in one powerful belief:
Every experience can become an arrow in your quiver—
something that equips you, strengthens you, and prepares you for what comes next.

Kellie's Favorite Titles...
have never appeared on a business card.
-
Wife.
-
Mom.
-
Mimi.
-
Senior Director of a Blended Family (This taught her more leadership, patience, grace and perspective than any executive position ever could).
She is also a former theater kid, rodeo queen and occasional rodeo announcer, which probably explains why a microphone has always felt like an extension of her.
Though her shoes have changed... from pointe shoes and cowboy boots to bold high heels, the voice behind the microphone has stayed true to her roots.
Because What’s Next Matters
Every audience carries something...
a challenge, a transition, a setback or a decision.
Sometimes the moments that draw us back are the very moments that prepare us for what’s next.
Kellie helps audiences recognize the arrows already in the quiver and move forward with clarity, perspective and intention.
