Kellie's Bio

Kellie Yackley is a speaker, storyteller, strategist, and founder of Quiver Collective.

Her message is built around one powerful idea:

Every experience becomes an arrow in your quiver.

Whether those experiences come through success, failure, joy, leadership, loss, or unexpected challenges, each one has the potential to strengthen us and prepare us for what's next.

For more than twenty years, Kellie has led fundraising, marketing, and leadership initiatives that have raised millions of dollars, strengthened communities, and inspired people to rally around meaningful causes. She is known for combining strategic thinking with heartfelt storytelling, helping audiences laugh, reflect, and leave with practical tools they can immediately apply.

One of the most defining arrows in Kellie's own quiver came after helping build a cancer center in her hometown. Just ten months after it opened, she returned—not as a fundraiser, but as a patient facing triple-negative breast cancer.

That experience didn't become her entire story.

It became one of the many experiences that shaped it.

Today, Kellie speaks to healthcare organizations, associations, nonprofits, faith communities, leadership teams, and conferences across the country.

Her presentations blend humor, vulnerability, practical leadership, and
unforgettable storytelling to help audiences answer one powerful question:

What arrow will this experience place in my quiver?

As a wife, mom, Mimi, leader, cancer survivor and lifelong encourager, Kellie brings a perspective that is both deeply human and refreshingly practical. Audiences leave feeling seen, challenged, encouraged, and equipped to move toward what's next with greater courage, purpose, and hope.
